Rush Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Trauma Surgery Physician for locum tenens coverage to support an ongoing need for weekend call coverage.

Assignment Dates: November – January
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Weekend call coverage, Friday 7:00 AM through Monday 7:00 AM (72-hour call shifts)
Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
EMR: Epic
Responsibilities
Trauma surgery coverage
Inpatient rounding
Surgical admissions
Weekend call responsibilities
Requirements
Board Certified in Trauma Surgery
Active Mississippi medical license or IMLC eligibility/in hand
Comfortable managing trauma cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings
