📍 Assignment Overview
📅 Start Date: August 2026- Ongoing Needs
🗓 Coverage Needed: 14 shifts per month
⏱ Shift Structure: 12-hour shifts

🏥 Practice Details
• Patient Volume: ~35 patients/day split among providers
• 💻 EMR: Cerner
• Strong support structure including APPs, residents, and trauma nurse leads

🩺 Clinical Scope
• Trauma floor rounding, ICU coverage, and ED consults
• Day & night trauma coverage responsibilities
• Procedures required include:
• Tube thoracostomy
• Central venous catheter placement
• Arterial line placement preferred
• ATLS proficiency required
• High-acuity trauma environment with excellent team support

🩺 Requirements
• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Trauma Surgery
• Active North Carolina license required
• Active North Carolina DEA required
• ATLS required
