Opportunity Details

Start Date: ASAP (Target start in July; first day reserved for orientation)
Duration: 6 Months
Schedule:
• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (14-hour shifts)
• Full-time coverage needed

Practice Details:
• Inpatient hospital setting
• Adult patient population
• Average census of 12–20 patients per day
• Trauma and Emergency General Surgery coverage
• Rounding and admissions required
• Collaborative environment with Level II Trauma coverage team
• EMR: Epic
• No call responsibilities

Requirements:
• MD/DO – Board Certified
• Residency in General Surgery and Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care
• Active Washington medical license required at time of presentation (IMLC not accepted)
• ATLS and ACLS certifications required
• Case logs within the past 24 months demonstrating at least 100 critical care patients
