New: Trauma Surgeon needed with Aya Locums - Washington

Job description

Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Trauma Surgeon for a six-month locum assignment.

Position Details:
-Start Date: July
-Contract Length: 6 months
-Hospital privileges only
-Inpatient setting
-No call
-Responsibilities include rounding, admissions, and trauma/emergency general surgery
-Adult patient population
-Average daily census: 12–30 patients
-Work alongside an established Level II trauma team

Requirements:
-Active Washington medical license required at the time of presentation
-Residency in General Surgery
-Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care
-Board Certification required
-Documentation of clinical activity within the past 24 months, including a case log with at least 100 critical care patients
-ATLS and ACLS certifications required
-Experience with Epic EMR preferred
