Job description

Location: Richland

Start: March

13 week assignment with the option to extend

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

Call optional

Work Details:
· Patients per shift: 15
· Patient population/age: Adult
· Providers Requested: 1
· Trauma Level: 0
· EMR: EPIC
· Bed in department: 15
· Skills required: Urology specialty experience is required.

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Licensed in WA or IMLC
· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
