📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: ASAP (pending credentialing)
🔹 Contract Length: Up to 6 months
🔹 Schedule: Scheduled coverage with no call
🔹 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
🔹 Full-time, five 8-hour shifts per week
🔹 Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Outpatient urology clinic
🔹 Coverage needed for maternity leave
🔹 Primarily Medicare patient population
🔹 General urology practice
🔹 Paragon EMR
🔹 Free parking available

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 1 year of general Urology experience
🔹 Active Tennessee license required (no licensing available)
🔹 BLS certification required
🔹 DEA required
🔹 COVID-19 vaccination not required
