📋 Contract Details
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: ASAP
🔹 Contract Length: Through December 31, 2026
🔹 Schedule: Scheduled coverage with no call
🔹 Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
🔹 Full-time, five 8-hour shifts per week
🔹 Employment Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
🔹 Active Washington license required at time of submission (no licensing available)
🔹 Fast-track credentialing process available

🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Acute care hospital and affiliated urology clinic
🔹 Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
🔹 Average of 18 patients per day
🔹 Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
🔹 Epic EMR
🔹 Responsibilities include evaluation and management of kidney stones, erectile dysfunction, male incontinence, yearly follow-up care, and cystoscopies
🔹 Opportunity to provide surgical assistance as appropriate
🔹 Hospital and clinic privileges required

📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Urology
🔹 Active Washington license required
🔹 BLS certification required
🔹 ACLS certification required
🔹 Washington CSR required
🔹 Minimum of 2 years of Urology experience
🔹 Epic charting experience required
🔹 Documentation of relevant clinical case logs from the previous 24 months required
🔹 COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions)
