Start Date: as soon as possible
Contract Length: 4 mos. and possible extension
Shift Details: 8a-5p
Schedule: Mon-Fri; no holidays or weekends; no call

Work Details:
Patients per day: 16
Patient Population/Age: >18yrs
Will see the below pt population:
• Recurrent UTI
• Microhematuria
• OAB (Freq, bladder pressure, urgency)
• Recurrent vaginal infections
• PTNS
• Pessary
• Dysuria
• Erectile dysfunction
• Kidney stones
• BPH
Department Description: Women's and Men's Urology
EMR: Epic
Special Procedures: PTNS, Pessary changes
Skills Preferred: Experience specific to men’s health would be an advantage

Practice Setting:
Clinic
Travel: All Inclusive

Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
License Required: Active CA license
DEA: Required
Certifications Required: BLS
Minimum Experience Required: 1+ years
Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
