Practice Setting:
Inpatient and Call coverage
Most coverage will be at the main facility in Winston-Salem NC
Call coverage for smaller local hospitals in Clemmons NC and Kernersville NC at a lower capacity
Level I trauma center

Schedule: Day and night coverage, 7:00-7:00
----------------------------------------------------------
Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
----------------------------------------------------------
EMR: EPIC
----------------------------------------------------------
Credentialing: 90 days
----------------------------------------------------------
Requirements:
Active North Carolina licensure
Board certification
AHA BLS certification
Minimum 3-years Urology experience or equivalent
