Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner will independently manage and coordinate patient care in a busy urology clinic while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include:

Providing comprehensive outpatient urology care to adult patients
Managing 15–20 patients per clinic day, including new and established patients
Conducting detailed patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
Performing pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care
Educating patients and families on conditions, procedures, medications, and recovery
Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and lab results
Conducting occasional inpatient rounding as needed for extra pay (no call)
Documenting all encounters in Cerner / Oracle Health EMR
Utilizing AI-assisted documentation tools
Participating in continuous education and professional development

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
