Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Coverage: Full-time (5x8s)

Setting: Outpatient Urology Clinic
Patient Population: Primarily Medicare patients

Managing urology patients in clinic
Patient evaluations and follow-ups
Documentation and care coordination

Provider Type: NP or PA
Experience: Minimum 1 year of urology experience required
Certifications: BLS required
DEA: Required
