Urology NP Locums Opportunity – Washington

Start Date:
• ASAP
• Must have active Washington license in hand at time of presentation

Practice Details:
• Coverage at both the Medical Center and Urology Clinic located one mile apart
• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• 122 bed hospital
• Adult patient population ages 17+
• Average 18 patients per day
• Solo provider coverage

Clinical Responsibilities:
• Yearly refills
• Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction
• Kidney stones
• Male incontinence
• Cystoscopies
• Surgical assisting
• Standard urology procedures in clinic and OR setting

Schedule and Call:
• 7 days of unrestricted call coverage per month

Requirements:
• NP required due to independent practice setting
• Active Washington state license required at submission
• BLS and ACLS required through AHA or American Red Cross
• Must provide case logs from the last 24 months demonstrating relevant clinical activity
• EMR: Epic
