Urology Nurse Practitioner | Longview, WA | Clinic + Call

Job description

Urology Nurse Practitioner locum opportunity in Longview, WA available. This is a combined clinic and hospital-based role with procedural work and monthly call coverage.

Schedule:
• Start: June 2026
• Assignment through December 2026
• Monday – Friday clinic schedule
• Mix of clinic and OR time
• 7 days of unrestricted call per month

Practice:
• Inpatient and outpatient urology coverage
• ~18 patients per day
• Responsibilities include kidney stones, male incontinence, erectile dysfunction management, cystoscopies, surgical assist, and routine urology follow-up care
• Mix of clinic and hospital work
• EMR: Epic

Requirements:
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• Active WA license required at submission
• BLS and ACLS required
• Minimum 2 years of urology experience
• Epic experience required
• Case logs required

Credentialing:
• Standard timeframe with expedited options potentially available
