Aya Locums is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive urology coverage in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident provider comfortable practicing independently and managing a wide range of urologic conditions and procedures.

Position Highlights
* Start Date: ASAP
* Washington license required
* Practice locations include Medical Center and Urology Clinic located 1 mile apart
* Both hospital and clinic privileges required
* Adult patient population ages 17+
* Average 18 patients per day
* EPIC EMR

Clinical Responsibilities
* Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction
* Manage kidney stones
* Treat male urinary incontinence
* Perform cystoscopies
* Surgical first assist responsibilities
* Standard urology procedures in both clinic and operating room settings
* Annual medication refills and follow-up management

Schedule & Call
* 7 days of unrestricted call per month
* Independent practice environment
* Provider will work solo

Requirements
* Active Washington state license required
* BLS and ACLS certifications required
* Recent urology clinical experience required
* Case logs documenting clinical activity within the last 24 months reflecting requested privileges and scope of practice
