Start as soon as Credentialed
Type- APC/APP
- If they are surgical PA, we'd ask them to do some rounding in the hospital and assist w/ Surgeries, if they are not a surgical PA they would just be working in the clinic
• Yearly refills
• Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction
• Kidney stones
• Male incontinence
• Cystoscopies
• Surgical assist
Working at Medical Center and Urology Clinic (1 mile away)
Both Hospital and Clinic Privileges Needed
Inpatient & Outpatient Setting
Bed #- 120+
Demographics- 17+
Avg. Patients per day- 18
Procedures- standard urology procedures in the clinic and operating room
Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs)- Applicant must provide documentation (case list) of provision of clinical services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months.
As a PA, they would be working w/ the MD/DO if an NP they would be independent
Licensed Candidate: Yes, candidate must have a Washington state license in hand at time of present.
Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
