Position Highlights:
•Start Date: 11-01-2026
•Schedule: M-F + overnight and Weekend Call, 8A-5P (or 7:30A-4:30P), Lunch 1 hour unpaid.

• Patients per shift: 22
•Providers Requested: 2
• Trauma Level: 2
•EMR: Epic
•Beds in department: 14
• Skills required: Outpatient Urology and surgical first assisting experience are both required.

•Practice Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient

Requirements
• Board Certification: BC
•License required: Licensed in WA or IMLC
• DEA: Required
•Certifications required: BLS

•Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days

• WA License or IMLC accepted
• November start
• Scheduled + On Call required
