Urology APP needed in Longview, WA:
• Start Date: December 2026
• Contract Length: 26 weeks
• Schedule: 8 hour shifts
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Inpatient/outpatient
• Patient Volume: 18 per day
• Patient Demographic: 17+
• EMR: EPIC
• Job Details: Standard urology procedures in the clinic and operating room

Requirements:
• State License: Active WA license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
