Certified - Urology (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)

Job Details:

• Provide locum tenens clinic coverage Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Must have robust and demonstrated Urology experience
• Open to either Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant candidates
• ACT 10 credentialing pathway is acceptable
• Board certification required at the certified level
• BLS certification required
• Estimated credentialing timeframe of 90 days, or via ACT 10
• Facility is a Level 3 trauma center
• Assignment start date: January 4, 2027, ongoing
• Nearest airport: CWA (Central Wisconsin Airport)
