Opportunity Overview
A reputable 99-bed hospital in Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for ongoing locum coverage starting January 26, 2026. This position offers flexible scheduling — providers can pick up coverage blocks that fit their availability, with both weekday and weekend options open.
The assignment includes clinic, surgical, and night beeper call coverage in a supportive environment with dedicated PA assistance.
Schedule Details
Shift: 8a–5p with a 1-hour lunch + night beeper call (5p–8a)
Call: Every night and weekend during active coverage
Coverage Blocks Available: January–May 2026 (choose dates that work for you)
Average Patients: ~20 per day in clinic
Procedures: 10–15 per week
Surgeries: 3–4 per day
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: 1 PA
Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days
