Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: 24 Hour In House Call
Work details:
• Patients per day: 7-9
• Patient population/age: adults, pediatric not required
• EMR: Medhost
• Hospital bed size: 80

AZ License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 7-10 days
