Urology Locums Opportunity – Arizona - IMLC Accepted!

Job description

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for hospital-based coverage in Arizona. This opportunity offers full-time coverage with flexibility for providers available two weeks per month.

Position Overview:
- Specialty: Urology
- Start Date: July 1, 2026 - ongoing dates through end of 2026
- Practice Setting: Hospital

Schedule & Call:
- Shifts: Day and Night coverage
- Day Shift 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch, + night beeper call 5p-8a
- OR 24hr call - 8a-8a

Clinical Volume
- Clinic: ~20 patients per day
- Procedures: 10–15 per week
OR Cases: 3–4 surgeries per day

Practice Details:
- Support Staff: 1 PA (no other MDs on site)
-EMR: Cerner
- Robotics: No

Special Procedures:
- In-clinic vasectomies
- Infant circumcision (outpatient; not required)
- Disposable flexible cystoscopes available
- Phone interview only

Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active Arizona license or IMLC eligible
- DEA required
- Minimum 1 year of experience

Credentialing
- Estimated timeframe: ~30 days
