Urology Opportunity – AZ
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Call only (required)
Shift Details: TBD

Work Details:
• Adult patient population
• 7–9 patients per day
• Trauma Level IV facility (80-bed hospital)
• Support staff: 1 RN
• EMR: MedHost

Skills & Procedures Required:
• Advanced endoscopic techniques
• Laparoscopic and robotic surgeries
• PCNL, ureteroscopy, ESWL
• Radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit
• Radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy (including partial), adrenalectomy
• Pelvic node dissection
• Incontinence procedures & penile prosthesis
• Renal and bladder ultrasound

Practice Settings May Include:
• Hospital
• ASC
• Clinic/Private Practice
• Academic/Training

Requirements:
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Active AZ license required
• DEA required
• Credentialing timeframe: 5–7 days
