Coverage Needed: Block schedule or Full-Time
Schedule: Call Only

🏥 Practice & Clinical Details
• Trauma Level IV facility
• Hospital bed size: 80
• Patient Volume: 7–9 per day
• Patient Population: Adult
• EMR: Medhost

🩺 Procedures & Scope
• General “bread-and-butter” Urology
• Robotic surgery available

🩺 Requirements
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
• Active Arizona license required
• DEA required
