Opportunity Details: Urology (Arizona)

Start: July 2026 (flexible, will consider August start for licensing)
Schedule: Clinic and OR mix
Setting: 99-bed hospital

Work Details:

Clinic volume: ~15–18 patients per day
Procedures: 10–15 per week
Surgeries: 3–4 per week
Support staff: 1 employed MD and MAs assigned
EMR: Cerner
Robotics available (not required)

Procedures Required:

Ureteroscopy
Laser lithotripsy
TURP, TURBT
Flexible cystoscopy

Preferred:

TRUS biopsy
In-clinic vasectomy
Disposable flexible cystoscopes available

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible
Active Arizona license or IMLC (licensing assistance available)
DEA required
Minimum 1 year experience

Credentialing:

Approx. 30 days
