Job description

Urology locum opportunity in Cottonwood, AZ available. This is a mix of scheduled clinic time and call coverage with specific dates available throughout the year.

Schedule:
• Start: July 2026
• Ongoing dates through December
• Mix of clinic days (8:00am – 5:00pm) and call
• Night beeper call and 24-hour weekend call

Practice:
• Acute Care Hospital
• Mix of clinic and OR coverage
• ~15–20 patients per day in clinic
• 3–4 surgeries per week
• Support from PA and clinical staff
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist
• Active AZ license or IMLC (Willing to license: Yes)
• DEA required
• Minimum 1 year of experience

Credentialing:
• Approximately 30 days
