📅 Coverage Needed:
• July 15–19 (Clinic + Night Call, followed by Weekend 24-Hour Call)
• August 17–23 (24-Hour Call)
• October 5–9 & 26–27 (24-Hour Call)
• November 2–6 & 16–17 (24-Hour Call)
• December 7–11, 19–20 & 26–30 (24-Hour Call)
• January 16–24 & 30–31 (24-Hour Call)

🏥 Practice Details
• Clinic Volume: 15–18 patients/day
• 10–15 procedures per week
• 3–4 OR cases per week
• 99-bed hospital
• 💻 EMR: Cerner
• Robotics available (not required)
• Dedicated MA support and employed Urologist onsite

🩺 Clinical Procedures
• Ureteroscopy
• Laser lithotripsy
• TURP
• TURBT
• Flexible cystoscopy
• TRUS biopsy (Preferred NOT Required)
• In-office vasectomy (Preferred NOT Required)

🩺 Requirements
• Board Certified / Board Eligible Urologist
• Arizona license or IMLC accepted
