Job description

Urologist opportunity available in AZ
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 6 months with possible extension
Schedule: 8am - 8am + occasional night beeper call 5p-8a
Additional Details:
- Procedures: Ureteroscopy, laser lithotripsy, TURP, TURBT, flexible cystoscopy
- IMLC license accepted

Licensure: Active AZ license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 30 days
