Job description

I'm currently recruiting Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologists for multiple locum tenens assignments across the country.

My current priorities include opportunities in Washington, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and New York, with new assignments opening regularly.

Current opportunities include:

General Urology and Da Vinci Robotics
Clinic and OR coverage
Full-time and part-time schedules
Short-term and long-term assignments
Licensing assistance available in many states
Travel and lodging provided when applicable

No two physicians define the "right" assignment the same way. For some, it's location. For others, it's schedule, compensation, call, robotics, procedural volume, or simply finding something that fits around family and life outside of medicine.

That's why I don't believe in sending the same assignments to everyone.

My job is to filter assignments for you, not ask you to filter them for me.

I'd rather spend a few minutes getting to know your practice, your goals, and what would actually make locums worthwhile for you than fill your inbox with jobs that aren't a fit. Whether you're looking for one week a month, a long-term commitment, less call, robotics, a specific region, or something completely different, my goal is to understand what matters to you first so I can recognize the right assignment when it becomes available.

One piece of advice that's stayed with me throughout my career is that luck is when preparation meets opportunity. I can't prepare for the right opportunity on your behalf until I first understand what you're looking for.
