Aya Locums is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to provide ongoing call coverage at a community hospital in Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for providers seeking a flexible, long-term assignment with a streamlined credentialing process and the chance to enjoy Arizona's incredible landscapes, year-round sunshine, and endless outdoor recreation.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: ASAP (August 2026)
• Coverage Type: 24-Hour Call Coverage
• Schedule: Flexible schedule can work up to full time.
• Shift Times: 24-hour call (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
• Shift Type: Day & Night Call
• Call Requirements: Required

Work Details
• Specialty: Urology
• Patient Volume: Approximately 7–9 adult patients per day
• Patient Population: Adult
• Support Staff: 1 RN
• Hospital: 80-bed community hospital
• Trauma Designation: Level IV
• EMR: Medhost

Practice Setting
• Inpatient Hospital
• Call-Only Coverage
• Collaborative Community Hospital Environment

Requirements
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• License: Active Arizona license required
• DEA: Required
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 5–7 days
