• Schedule: 11/9-11/13; 11/23-12/4
• Call Requirements: 24 hour call shifts
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• EMR: Cerner
• Job Details: 1 year of experience required

Requirements:
• State License: Active AZ license NOT required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
• Credentialing: 60 days
