· Schedule: M-Thurs (8-5 days/times may vary), Friday (730-1700 days/times may vary)

· Practice Setting: Inpatient

· Types of Cases: General Adult Urology, Advanced Adult Endoscopic, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Transrectal Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder Ultrasound with Biopsy.

Preferred: Fertility Work-up, Penile Prosthesis, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy

· Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days

· EMR: Epic

· Certifications Required: Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Active Fluro

· Licensure Required: Board Certified, must have an Active California License, must have a DEA

• Monday – Thursday 8a – 5p | Friday 7:30a – 5p
• Call will be 7 – 10 days per month (weeknight call) and 24 hour call on weekends
• Must have a copy of the Active Fluro
