A healthcare facility in beautiful Sonora, California, is seeking a Board-Certified Urologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity. This assignment offers a rewarding blend of outpatient clinic care, surgical procedures, and call coverage while managing a broad range of general urology cases.

Opportunity Details:
Location: Sonora, California
Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic and Surgical Services
Schedule:
Clinic 2-3 days per week, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
1-2 surgery/procedure days per week
Weeknight call coverage from 4:00 PM - 8:00 AM
24-hour weekend call with Emergency Department backup available
Call Expectations:
Approximately 10 days of call per month
Typical overnight volume of 1-2 calls for ED coverage
Case Mix:
Bread-and-butter Urology
Outpatient consultations and follow-up care
General urologic procedures and surgeries
Adult patient population
Requirements:
Board Certification required
Active California medical license required
Credentialing:
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
Temporary privileges may be available on a case-by-case basis
