POSITION OVERVIEW

Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Specialty: Urology

Compensation: $550,000–$610,000 annually

Start Date: To be determined

Visa Sponsorship: J-1 and H-1B candidates eligible

SCHEDULE & CALL

Day shifts, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Approximately 2.5 days in clinic and 1.5 days in the OR per week

Hospital call rotation, approximately 1:4 to 1:6

Up to 6 call days per month, with 24-hour call shifts

Clinic and call may occur on the same day

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide general urologic care to adult patients in outpatient and hospital settings.

Diagnose and surgically treat urologic conditions.

Participate in inpatient consultations and emergency coverage.

Join an established team of four urologists and a community partner.

Utilize advanced surgical technology, including two Da Vinci XI robotic systems.

Document patient care using Epic EMR.

Typical workload: Approximately 25 clinic patients and 12 procedures daily. During call, expect 2–3 consultations and 1–2 surgeries per day.

Robotic surgery experience is not mandatory.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary of $550,000–$610,000, based on experience and qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within five years of residency)

Active Colorado medical license or willingness to obtain one

Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Recent NPDB Self-Query Report, active within 30 days

DEA registration required before starting
