About the Opportunity:
An established hospital-employed urology group in west Georgia is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join their growing team. This position offers a highly competitive compensation package, advanced technology, and a balanced work schedule in a supportive medical environment.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (ER coverage and call)

• Inpatient Rounding: Two local medical centers in Carrollton and Villa Rica

• Outpatient Clinic: Urology Urgent Care (2–3 hours per day) in the Carrollton office

• Surgical Locations: Carrollton and Villa Rica

• Technology:

  • EPIC EMR systemwide with Abridge AI medical scribe assistant

  • da Vinci 5 robotics system available

• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer

Compensation & Benefits:

• $600,000 base salary

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• $75,000 starting incentive

• $14,000 moving allowance

• Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and CME
