Job Type: Full-Time | Two Open Positions | Urgent Need
Compensation: $600K base + RVU bonus | $50K sign-on | $50K starting incentive | $14K relocation | Full benefits

Overview:
A well-established Urology group is seeking two Urologists to join their team in Carrollton, GA with a satellite office in Villa Rica, GA. This is the only Urology group serving a 400,000-patient service area, providing a strong referral base and immediate patient volume.

Position Highlights:

• Established group with 2 MDs and 1 APP (expanding to 3 APPs)

• Ambulatory Surgery Center on-site with office in Carrollton

• Surgeries performed in Carrollton, Villa Rica, and Bremen

• EPIC EMR with Abridge AI scribe support

• da Vinci 5 robotic system available

• 1:3 weekday call, no weekend call

• No call responsibilities once Uro-hospitalists are hired

Incentives & Benefits:

• $600K base salary with RVU bonus

• $50K sign-on bonus + $50K starting incentive
