Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• No call required
• No nights or weekends
• Clinic-only schedule
• Flexible scheduling: option for 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off or similar structure averaging ~20 hours per week annually

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified General Urology Physician for a locum tenens opportunity with a well-established urology practice in Peoria, IL. This is a clinic-only role with no call responsibilities, offering excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general urology care in an outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of urologic conditions
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Urology (required)
• Board Eligible candidates may be considered if criteria are met
• Active Illinois medical license required at time of submission

Credentialing Requirements:

• Vaccination records
• Negative drug screening
• Physical exam within 90 days prior to start (per Health Attestation Form)

Travel & Lodging:

• Mileage and lodging provided for candidates within driving distance
• Flights provided for candidates outside driving range (must be noted at submission)
