Job description

Urologist needed for urology clinic coverage. Bread and butter neurology
Coverage needed: Approximately 2-3 8 hour shifts/week, weekly. Flexible on which weekdays.
***3 24 hour call shifts/week needed as well for ER/rounding, in case this provider also wants to take that on, if so, please call out in submittal**
Skillset required: 2 years of bread and butter neurology. Board Certified in Urology.
Call Response time: No call, unless interested in doing both clinic and filling part of the 24 hour call need also posted
Willing to license: IMLC candidates okay, with LOQ in hand (please address this on submittal)
