Schedule: We need 24 hour coverage for our trauma center hospital. This 24 hour call coverage will begin
at 7 am on 12/22/2026 and end at 7 am on 01/03/2027 at 7 am.

· Skills required: general, adult, pediatric, Advanced endoscopic techniques, Laparoscopic surgeries, Percutaneious nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy w/ileo-loop conduit, Radical prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic node dissection, Adrenalectomy, Renal and bladded u/s, TRUS biopsies, Fertility work-up, Incontinence procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy, Advanced pediatric surgery
Practice Setting:
• Inpatient/Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active IN License Only
· PCF Required
· Fellowship: Required
· Certifications required: ATLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
