Position Overview

• Contract Length: Ongoing (until permanently staffed)

• Clinical Scope:
o Inpatient urology coverage
o Management of emergency department consults
o Performance of emergent urologic procedures

Schedule and Coverage
• Coverage Type: 24 hour call
• Call Structure:
o Call runs Monday 7:00 AM – following Monday 7:00 AM
o 1 in 3 week call rotation
• Responsibilities:
o Emergency room call coverage
o Inpatient consults and surgical coverage as needed

• Epic (experience preferred; training available)

Provider Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• Licensure: MUST have active Indiana license in hand to be presented
• DEA: Active DEA required (or easily transferable; current status must be disclosed)
• CSR: Required (current status must be disclosed)
• Name Clear: Required prior to submission

• Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
