Aya Locums is seeking a Urologist for a locum assignment at a hospital in Northern Indiana.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: Ongoing (until staffed)
• Coverage Type: 24-hour Call Coverage
• Schedule: Monday 7:00 AM – following Monday 7:00 AM
• Call Requirements: Emergency room call coverage; 1-in-3 week rotation

Work Details
• EMR: Epic preferred (training available if needed)
• Responsibilities: Manage emergency urology consults and perform emergent urologic procedures

Practice Setting
• Hospital – Inpatient

Requirements
• Board Certification: Required
• License: Active Indiana license required
• DEA: Active DEA required (or easily transferable)
• CSR: Required
