Job description

Urology locum opportunity in Michigan City, IN available. This is a call-only assignment with a structured weekly rotation.

Schedule:
• Start: September 2026
• Ongoing coverage
• 1 week on / 2 weeks off rotation
• 24-hour call (Monday 7:00am – following Monday 7:00am)

Practice:
• Acute Care Hospital
• Inpatient and ER call coverage
• Focus on emergent urology procedures
• EMR: Epic (preferred)

Requirements:
• Board Certified Urologist
• Active IN license (licensing not available)
• DEA and CSR required

Credentialing:
• Approximately 90 days
