ShareSTAFF is sourcing now for a Board-Certified Urologist with da Vinci Xi robotic surgery proficiency for a 13-week locum tenens assignment serving Topeka, Kansas and one of the region's most respected integrated care networks.

This is a structured, well-defined role with a schedule built around clinical efficiency and quality of life. Two dedicated OR days per week on the da Vinci Xi system. Three full outpatient clinic days. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No nights. No weekends. No call. The position supports an active permanent physician search, with strong extension potential for a physician who performs well and wants to stay.

THE OPPORTUNITY
This outpatient network spans multiple campuses across the Topeka region, generating a referral-rich caseload that includes urologic oncology, stone disease, BPH/LUTS, pelvic floor pathology, and robotic-assisted surgical cases at volume. You step in with an experienced OR team already in place, clear clinical expectations, and strong administrative support. Kansas ranks among the states with the highest unmet need for urological care — this is meaningful, high-impact work in a market that needs you.

Location: Topeka, KS 66604
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 3 clinic days + 2 OR days/week

COMPENSATION

$390–$410 per hour
Weekly pay — every week, on time

REQUIREMENTS

Board Certification in Urology (required at time of assignment)
Demonstrated da Vinci Xi robotic surgery proficiency
Active Kansas medical license or IMLC eligibility and willingness to obtain
Full-time availability for the 13-week assignment
Current BLS (American Heart Association)
Ability to complete facility credentialing within the 90-day window

Preferred: Robotic oncology experience (prostatectomy, nephrectomy, cystectomy); 200+ console cases; fellowship in Urologic Oncology, Reconstructive Urology, or FPMRS; community/regional health system experience.
