Urologist in Kentucky

Job description

Schedule:
Ongoing need
7–10 days of coverage per month
24-hour in-house call
Callbacks average 2–8 hours
1–3 providers needed

Practice Details:
Inpatient hospital-based practice with occasional outpatient procedures
Adult patient population
Average 6–12 patients per day
General urology procedures
ESWL available on Tuesdays
Advanced endoscopic techniques
Ureteroscopy
Laser certification required
EPIC EMR
Two onsite ambulatory APRNs provide clinic support

Requirements:
Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Urology
Active Kentucky medical license or active IMLC eligibility
Active DEA
ACLS preferred

Credentialing & Travel:
Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Temporary privileges available
Travel reimbursement provided for airfare, lodging, rental car, and IRS mileage
