Urology Opportunity – Baltimore, MD
Start: ASAP
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Availability: 2–3 weeks per month or full-time only
Call: 1:4, one week at a time (PA provides weekend coverage)

Practice Details:
• Established “bread-and-butter” urology practice
• Replacing one retiring urologist; another transitioning to Uro/GYN
• Considering future expansion into Urology/Oncology
• Group of 4 physicians and 3 APPs (physician-heavy model)
• Dedicated on-site cystoscopy suite (ASC preferred; hospital available)
• State-of-the-art surgical facilities
• da Vinci® Si and Xi robotic systems with Firefly imaging
• Strong robotics program across Urology, GYN, GYN Oncology, and General Surgery
• Epic EMR
• Board review meets early each month with decisions by the 15th

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Expertise in prostate, bladder, and kidney diseases and cancers
• Training in minimally invasive and open surgery
• Collaborative mindset to help grow and elevate the practice
