Facility:

• Provide 24-hour urology call coverage from 7a-7a with response time within 20 minutes
• Handle approximately 2-4 calls per night with 1-2 expected onsite call-ins
• Manage 1-5 patients per shift with average of 2-5 inpatients per 24-hour period
• Expected onsite time: 2-4 hours per day for rounding and direct patient care
• Round on new admissions and inpatients requiring urological care
• Manage common hospital procedures including kidney stones, CBI consults, stent procedures, hematuria management, and difficult catheter placements
• Provide telephone consultations and transfer coordination as needed
• Document specific call-back reasons on timesheets with detailed notes for validation
• General adult urology skills required with ureteroscopy capabilities
• Laparoscopic surgery skills and nephrectomy experience preferred
• Must be board certified in Urology
• Michigan medical license required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days
• Orientation scheduled for 6/10/26 with ongoing opportunities available

Compensation:
