About the clinician's workday

The urologist will provide 24-hour call coverage with projected AM rounding of approximately 2-4 hours per day at an on-site inpatient facility in Michigan. Primary call responsibilities are focused on traumatic urology cases, requiring continuous availability for urgent urological interventions during each assigned shift. The position operates on a 1:1 call ratio, and board certification in Urology is required for this assignment. Clinicians must maintain on-site presence throughout all assigned coverage periods.
