This healthcare facility is part of a well-established medical network providing comprehensive urological services to the community. The facility features a collaborative environment with 3 board-certified surgeons on staff and a friendly, supportive team including a recently onboarded APC with urology experience to assist with daily hospital rounds.

Opportunity:
Physician - Urology

Job Details:
• Provide 19-20 days of coverage per month with variable patient encounters per shift
• Locum to permanent position preferred but not required for this assignment
• Manage variable call volume with typically higher Monday volumes after weekends
• Work collaboratively with 3 board-certified surgeons and experienced support staff
• Partner with newly onboarded APC with urology experience for morning hospital rounds
• Perform general adult urology procedures as required
• Advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, and ureteroscopy preferred
• Experience with percutaneous nephrolithotomy and radical procedures preferred
• Robotic surgery capabilities including partial nephrectomies preferred
• TRUS biopsies, incontinence procedures, and penile prosthesis experience preferred
• Renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy capabilities preferred
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• 90-day credentialing timeframe
• Multiple lodging options available including Sheraton Duluth or Residence Inn

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
