Facility:
This is a well-established Level II Trauma Center and Hospital providing comprehensive surgical and emergency services to the surrounding region. The facility features a strong support staff including surgery nurses and technicians available on call, and utilizes EPIC as its electronic medical records system.

Opportunity:
Board Certified - Urology

Job Details:

• Provide urology call coverage for a Level II Trauma Center and Hospital
• Cover 24-hour call shifts with handoff from staff urologists when appropriate
• Work within the Emergency Department and Surgery setting
• Manage urology consults from the ED, with call volume ranging from no consults to 4-5 per day
• Perform general urology required procedures
• Hospitalists are responsible for patient admissions
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system - must be willing to learn and use EPIC
• Must hold an M.D. or D.O. degree with active DEA registration
• Nebraska medical license required
• Board Certified in Urology required
• Case logs from the last 2 years required at time of presentation prior to interview or offer
• Clean malpractice history required
• Must be enrolled with facility payors for independent billing under provider's own name
• Credentialing timeframe is a minimum of 3-4 weeks
• Availability confirmed at time of name clear required
• Weekend and on-call availability required
