· Types of Cases: Ureteroscopy and General Adult Urology Cases Required

· Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days

· (EMR): EPIC

Weekdays Only (Mon @ 7am -Fri @ 7am)

· Certifications Required: BC (board certified), Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)

· Licensure Required: Licensed in North Carolina or IMLC
