Locum Urologist 📍 Bismarck, North Dakota
May 2026 | Ongoing Weekend Coverage

A hospital-based urology program is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist (within 5 years of residency) to assist with ongoing weekend call coverage.
This is an excellent opportunity for physicians looking for consistent monthly locum work in a supportive clinical environment.

Position Highlights
Schedule: 1 weekend per month
Friday morning – Monday morning
24-hour call coverage
Ongoing assignment
EPIC EMR
Clinic located within the hospital
Clinical Responsibilities
Weekend call coverage (day & night call)
1–3 inpatient consults daily
3–4 scheduled and emergent surgeries
Required procedures include cystoscopy and cystoscopy with dilation
15–20 clinic patients per day with 2–3 in-clinic procedures
Rounding on post-op patients and inpatient consults
Support staff includes RNs and CNA

Requirements:
Board Certified Urology (Preferred)
Board Eligible accepted (within 5 years of residency)
North Dakota license (highly preferred)

• Weekend Call Coverage: 1 weekend per month | Friday AM – Monday AM | 24-hour call (Ongoing need)
• Practice Setting: Hospital-based Urology | 3–4 surgeries per day | 1–5 average callback hours | EPIC EMR
• Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 5 years) | ND license preferred
